These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by RedmanSystems ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
RedmanSystems provides website design, development, marketing automation, and related digital services for contractors and home service businesses. Our services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis at the rates published on our website or as otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Our standard service fee is $397 per month, billed monthly. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
- There are no setup fees unless otherwise stated.
- There are no long-term contracts. Your subscription is month-to-month.
- You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the website, automations, and all related features will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.
3. Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your business
- Respond to reasonable requests for information needed to complete your website or set up your systems
- Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates applicable messaging laws (including but not limited to the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act)
- Maintain appropriate consent from your customers before sending them automated messages through our systems
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number through any form on our website, booking a call, or otherwise opting in to communications, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from RedmanSystems at the phone number provided.
Description of SMS Use Cases
RedmanSystems may send you the following types of text messages:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for scheduled demo calls
- Follow-up messages related to your inquiry or service request
- Account notifications and service updates
- Promotional messages about our services and offers
Message Frequency & Data Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services (typically 2–5 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RedmanSystems is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. RedmanSystems is not responsible for messages that fail to send due to carrier issues, network outages, or device incompatibility.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
We will not sell, rent, share, or disclose your phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.
Age Restriction
Our SMS messaging program is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in, we will promptly remove them from our messaging list.

5. Intellectual Property
- Our IP: All website templates, designs, code, automations, workflows, and proprietary systems created by RedmanSystems remain our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use them for the duration of your active subscription.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (logos, photos, copy, business information). By providing content, you grant us a license to use it in connection with delivering your services.
- Upon Cancellation: When your subscription ends, your website will be taken offline and automations will be deactivated. You may request an export of your contact/lead data within 30 days of cancellation.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Twilio, Mailgun, Zapier). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedmanSystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, call volume, or revenue increases. Results vary depending on market, trade, competition, and other factors outside our control.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedmanSystems, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or unlawful behavior, or fail to pay for services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Mateo County, CA.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
